Founded in 2016 by David and Matt, our team are committed to pairing travellers with their ideal accommodation through our website, which offers all the information you need to make an informed decision. Each listing on our website benefits from the full backing of Sorted Stay, so that you can always be sure your booking is secure.
We work closely with every one of our property owners, checking each property prior to listing and retaining a direct line of contact so that we can ensure your stay runs as smoothly as possible.
In order to make our website and the Sorted Stay mission as accessible as possible, our full collection of properties and serviced accommodation solutions in Southend-on-Sea and Chelmsford are varied, to include houses, apartments, penthouses, rooms, and studios.

Benefits Of Booking Direct
It’s nice and simple to secure your booking. Just book and pay for your reservation 7 days before your arrival date. If you are booking within 7 days of your arrival, payment will be due at the time of booking. This will secure your booking and dates.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit (amount varies depending on the size of property). This is just in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.
The deposit is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure, on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do, as you will have it back in your account within days.
Our standard cancellation policy applies if you wish to cancel your booking at any time, so please see our terms and conditions for further details.
If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Upon request, we are happy for pets to stay within our properties, as we understand how important it is to bring your pet with you on holiday, or if you are relocating house temporarily.
