As your property management company, we take care of all day-to-day operations running the property as Serviced Accommodation on your behalf, ensuring that the property is maintained and presented to a high standard all year round, and that the revenue and occupancy is maximised at all times.
Here is our step-by-step onboarding process:
We will carry out a viewing and assess it’s suitability to operate as a Serviced Accommodation (AirBnb) property. This will normally take around 10-15 minutes.
A detailed appraisal of the property is carried out by our directors, to give you an idea on what to expect, in terms of net income and occupancy. You will receive this shortly after we have viewed the property.
We will meet with you to discuss the potential of your property, and how we can work together going forward. Once you are ready to go ahead, we will agree on an initial term and the setup begins.
Using our systems and checklists, our setup team will carefully ensure the property is set up so that it is ready to welcome guests, to ensure maximum guest satisfaction from the get go.
Once the property is setup and ready to go, we will ‘Go live’ across all 10+ booking platforms, and we will welcome the first guests to stay!
Every single month, you receive your owner’s settlement (for the previous month’s bookings), along with a detailed report showing the performance and statistics!

We will set up and manage all accounts and listings as part of our fully hands-off management service, so there is no need to set up anything. We will also list it with our booking partners across 10+ platforms, so that you get maximum reach and marketing exposure for your property, which will help to increase the income the property generates.

All you would need to do is inform us, so that the guest can be booked into the property on our system, and all guest contact details would need to be passed to us so that we can deal directly with the guest on your behalf, just like normal.
We would always suggest carrying out your own due diligence on the area where the property is located, as this will ensure you are making the correct decision.
We will always carry out an appraisal of any property before taking on the management of the property, to ensure that it is suitable to operate as Serviced Accommodation, and we will share the overview of this with you before we go live.
Apartment Blocks / Guest Houses
We can manage these as part of our management service, and the cost price from the contractor will be deducted from the month’s revenue, just like with any other maintenance, or if you would prefer to use your own contractors, we will be able to facilitate access by providing available dates for access.
Yes why not!
Fair usage would apply for family & friends – we ask that it is kept to a maximum of 21 days a year (maximum of 14 days between May-Sept), unless agreed otherwise.
