Renting your house or flat on Air bnb usually earns you more money than traditional residential letting.
But, it’s hard work. That’s where we come in. We offer a completely hands-off management service advertising your property on more than ten marketing platforms (incl Air bnb) and take care of all guest verification, bookings, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and more.
And, we pay out your rental revenue every month.

“Marvellous management. Super happy with my apartment. It has been managed exactly what I was after.”
We will visit your property to assess suitability to operate as a Serviced Accommodation (AirBnb) property. This takes 10-15 minutes.
We will give you an idea of what income to expect in terms of rental potential and occupancy.
We meet you to discuss the potential of your property. We decide on an initial term and the setup begins.
Using our systems and checklists, our setup team will carefully ensure the property is set up so that it is ready to welcome guests, for max guest satisfaction.
We will ‘Go live’ across all 10+ booking platforms, and we will welcome the first guests to stay!
Every month, you receive a payout for the previous month’s bookings along with a detailed performance report.
As your property management company, we take care of all day-to-day operations running the property as Serviced Accommodation on your behalf, ensuring that the property is maintained and presented to a high standard all year round, and that the revenue and occupancy is maximised at all times.

‘Happy Guests = Happy Owners’
We will set up and manage all accounts and listings as part of our fully hands-off management service so there is no need to set up anything. We will also list it with our booking partners across 10+ platforms, so that you get maximum exposure for your property, which will help to increase the income the property generates.
Yes of course!
All you would need to do is inform us so that guests can be booked into the property on our system, and all guest contact details would need to be passed to us so that we can deal directly with the guest on your behalf, just like normal.
We would always suggest carrying out your own due diligence on the area where the property is located as this will ensure you are making the correct decision.
We will always carry out an appraisal of any property before taking on the management of the property to ensure that it is suitable to operate as Serviced Accommodation and we will share the overview of this with you before we go live.
Apartment Blocks / Guest Houses
We can manage these as part of our management service and the cost price from the contractor will be deducted from the month's revenue, just like with any other maintenenace, or if you would prefer to use your own contractors we will be able to facilitate access by providing available dates for access.
Yes why not! Fair usage would apply for family & friends - we ask that it is kept to a maximum of 21 days a year (maximum of 14 days between May - Sept), unless agreed otherwise.
